1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local time) may be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

During high-volume periods, processing times may extend to 3–5 business days.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship via trusted U.S. carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated at checkout.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and size

  • Delivery location

  • Selected shipping speed

We may offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders (if applicable).


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.


5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

EarthTwine Botanic is not responsible for packages marked as Delivered by the carrier.

If your package appears lost:

  1. Confirm the shipping address.

  2. Check with neighbors or household members.

  3. Contact the carrier directly.

If you still need assistance, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.


7. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage.

We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.


8. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only (unless otherwise stated).
Certain products may not be eligible for expedited shipping due to size or material restrictions.
